    作为国网营口供电公司唯一一位上斗作业的女性配网带电作业工人，她常年冲在电力抢修保供第一线，参加工作6年来，共参与作业1500余次，减少停电户数15万余户，成功攻克带电作业技术难题17项……为国家电力服务的优化升级作出贡献。

　　初春的辽宁，依旧春寒料峭，在辽宁省营口市工业园区的一处十字路口，国网辽宁省电力有限公司营口供电公司变电运检三工区的带电作业正在紧张而有序地开展。带电作业车高高升起，李松蹊身着厚重的绝缘服置身于空中，娴熟地从近到远一处处对高空电线进行绝缘遮蔽，直至精准到达作业点位。

　　她伸出戴着绝缘手套的手，拿起专用工具，目光紧锁在待检修的部位，眼神中透露出专注与自信。作为国网辽宁省电力有限公司营口供电公司唯一一位上斗作业的女性配网带电作业工人，她常年冲在电力抢修保供第一线，时刻待命保障电力可靠供应。参加工作6年来，她共参与作业1500余次，减少停电户数15万余户，让家庭和企业在稳定的电力供应中安心生产生活。

　　从“小想法”到“大目标”

　　李松蹊是辽宁省内首位拥有研究生学历且考取带电作业资质的女性带电作业工人。她与带电作业的不解之缘源于入职时内心深处那股“我能行”的信念。

　　“人体的安全电压等级是36伏，咱们带电作业电压等级可是10千伏，也就是1万伏，你可想好了。”入职之初，师傅那语重心长地叮嘱，至今仍在李松蹊的耳畔回响。彼时，带电作业因其极高的特殊性和风险性，让许多男同志都望而却步。然而，李松蹊却凭借着一股不服输的“倔强劲儿”，迎难而上，积极争取参与带电作业的机会。

　　她如饥似渴地抓住一切机会学习相关知识，课堂上、书本里、实践中，她总是冲在最前面，不断汲取知识的养分，提升自己的专业技能。仅6个月，她便成功考取了带电作业资格证，3个月后，她就具备了在斗臂车独立完成带电作业的能力。

　　李松蹊回忆第一次跟随师傅们下现场的情景：“没想到靠近电线时会有吱吱的电流声，作业时夹管子会那么费力，斗臂在高空旋转时身体和手都会抖……”这一连串的“没想到”，让李松蹊感受到理论与实践之间的巨大差距。但她没有丝毫退缩，现场复杂多变的情况和师傅们精湛的技能，反而燃起了她攻坚克难的斗志。

　　作业时需要用到钳子，可李松蹊的手臂力量相对较弱，于是她便在手腕上绑着沙袋进行练习。高强度的练习让她疲惫不堪，甚至吃饭时连筷子都拿不稳。为了缓解关节疼痛，她只能将手泡在冷水中，但即便如此，她也从未想过放弃。看着这个初出茅庐却浑身充满干劲的小姑娘，同事们纷纷竖起了大拇指。

　　风险与挑战中勇毅前行

　　每一次执行任务前，李松蹊都要穿上厚重闷热的绝缘服，头戴防护装备，踏入随时可能放电的高压区域，在纵横交错的高压线中开启与风险的较量。

　　“刚站在作业斗里时，根本不敢往下看，心里直发怵。”李松蹊回忆起初上高空时的情景，笑着说，“适应高空作业之后，不仅身体可以自由转动，遇到稍远的作业位置，我也会毫不犹豫地将身体探出去。”在外行人听起来胆战心惊的操作，她却说得云淡风轻。

　　“正因为我们是高危工种，所以我们的防护做得更加到位。”李松蹊认真地解释道。从事10千伏的高压作业，他们会采用20千伏的防护措施，只为确保每一次作业的绝对安全。尤其是在烈日炎炎的夏季，即便酷热难耐，她也要穿上全棉长袖衣裤，再套上绝缘防护服。密不透风的装备下，全身被汗水浸湿成了家常便饭。她回忆起有一次连续作业一个半小时后，摘下防护手套时，汗水竟如倒矿泉水一般哗哗流出。

　　每到这时，李松蹊总会像身边的师傅一样，拿起一瓶矿泉水，毫不犹豫地浇在被汗水浸透的头上，然后坐在阴凉处，享受着那丝丝微风的轻拂。她说，那一刻，是她最惬意、最幸福的时刻。

　　从事带电作业工作以来，只要有需要，李松蹊总是24小时待命，第一时间奔赴现场进行紧急抢修。她用自己的青春和坚持守护着万家灯火，以女性特有的细心和韧性，在带电作业行业中展现出巾帼不让须眉的魅力。

　　开拓带电作业新领域

　　从初入行时怀揣的“小想法”，到如今成长为独当一面的带电技术能手，李松蹊将对这份事业的热爱，化作了攻克重重困难的强大动力。在不断提升自身技能的同时，她还积极投身于技术难题的攻关。在她的引领下，团队先后编制了7项操作工艺规范，成功完成多个在东北严寒地区首次开展的作业项目，填补了区域内带电作业技术的多项空白。

　　2020年4月22日，李松蹊和她的攻关小组首次开展0.4千伏带电作业。随着营口市10千伏相和甲线15号台区带电检修工作圆满结束，他们成功完成了0.4千伏带负荷加装智能配电终端及三相不平衡调整装置，填补了国家电网有限公司在低压带电作业领域的技术空白，为带电作业技术的发展与应用开辟了全新的路径。

　　2021年，李松蹊加入带电作业创新工作室。作为主要研发人，她牵头研发出0.4千伏旁路开关、旁路电缆绝缘挂板、0.4千伏旁路监测一体化装置等多种实用工具，成功攻克带电作业技术难题17项，拥有专利4项。她还创新应用了旁路作业法，组织实施了国内首次无感知安装智能配电终端及三相不平衡装置作业，让无感知作业更加贴近生活，为电力服务的优化升级作出了贡献。

　　谈及这些创新成果，李松蹊脸上洋溢着满满的成就感。她告诉记者，每次作业时，她都会思考如何提质增效，而这些创新点，都源自日常实践中的积累与思考。营口供电公司带电作业中心书记段峰透露，随着智能和数字技术的飞速发展，公司已有计划组建巾帼智能带电作业班，相信在李松蹊等优秀人才的带动下，带电作业领域将会涌现出更多的“带电花木兰”。

As the State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Co. Yingkou Power Supply Co. is the only female distribution network power supply workers on the bucket operation, she always rushed in the first line of electric power repair and guarantee supply, always on standby to protect the reliable supply of electricity. Over the past six years, she has participated in more than 1,500 operations, with more than 150,000 outages, allowing families and businesses to live and work with peace of mind in a stable power supply.

　　From “small ideas” to “big goals”.

　　Li Songjing is the first woman in Liaoning province to hold a postgraduate degree and obtain a qualification in electrical work. Her love affair with power strip operation originated from the belief that “I can do it” when she joined the company.

　　”The human body’s safety voltage level is 36 volts, we work with electricity voltage level is 10 kilovolts, that is, 10,000 volts, you can think about it.” At the beginning of the job, the master of that earnest advice, still echoing in the ears of Li Songjing. At that time, because of its high specificity and risk, many male comrades are discouraged. However, Li Songjing, with a “stubbornness” of not giving up, rose to the challenge and actively sought to participate in the opportunity to work with electricity.

　　She hungered for every opportunity to learn the relevant knowledge, in the classroom, books, practice, she is always in the forefront, and continue to learn the nutrients of knowledge, to enhance their professional skills. In only 6 months, she successfully obtained the qualification certificate for power-carrying operation, and 3 months later, she had the ability to complete power-carrying operation independently in the bucket arm truck.

　　Li Songjing recalled the first time to follow the masters under the scene: “I did not expect close to the wires will have a squeaky electric current sound, the operation of the clamp pipe will be so laborious, the bucket arm in the high-altitude rotation when the body and hands will be shaking ……” This series of This series of “did not expect”, let Li Songqi feel the huge gap between theory and practice. But she did not retreat, the scene of the complex and changing circumstances and masters of superb skills, but ignited her fighting spirit to overcome the difficulties.

　　The operation requires the use of pliers, but Li Songjing’s arm strength is relatively weak, so she tied sandbags on her wrist to practice. The high-intensity practice made her so exhausted that she couldn’t even hold her chopsticks steadily during meals. To ease the pain in her joints, she could only soak her hands in cold water, but even so, she never wanted to give up. Colleagues raised their eyebrows at this young girl who was full of energy even though she was a beginner.

　　Courageous in Risks and Challenges

　　Before each mission, Li Songqi has to put on a heavy and hot insulating clothes, head protective equipment, step into the high-voltage area that may be discharged at any time, in the crisscrossing high-voltage lines to open the battle with the risk.

　　“Just stood in the operation bucket, simply do not dare to look down, the heart straight fear.” Li Songjing recalled the first high-altitude scene, said with a smile, “after adapting to high-altitude operation, not only the body can rotate freely, encountered a slightly far away from the operating position, I will not hesitate to explore the body out.” The operation sounds frightening to the layman, but she says it lightly.

　　”It is precisely because we are a high-risk work type that we do more protection.” Li Songqi explains seriously. Engaged in high-voltage operations of 10 kilovolts, they will use 20 kilovolts of protective measures, just to ensure the absolute safety of every operation. Especially in the scorching summer, even if the heat is unbearable, she has to wear cotton long-sleeved clothes and trousers, and then put on the insulated protective clothing. Under the airtight equipment, the whole body was sweating became a routine. She recalled that once after one and a half hours of continuous operation, when she took off her protective gloves, the sweat was as sweaty as pouring mineral water.

　　Whenever this happens, Li Songqi will always be like the masters around her, pick up a bottle of mineral water, do not hesitate to pour it on the sweat-soaked head, and then sit in the shade, enjoying the breeze of the breeze. She said, that moment, is her most comfortable, the happiest moment.

　　Engaged in electric work since the work, as long as there is a need, Li Songqi is always on call 24 hours a day, the first time to go to the scene for emergency repair. She used her youth and perseverance to guard the lights, with women’s unique care and toughness, in the power line operation industry to show the charm of women.

　　Developing new fields of power-carrying operation

　　From the beginning of the line with a “small idea”, to now grow into a unique power-carrying technician, Li Songqi will be the love of the cause, turned into a powerful motivation to overcome the difficulties. In the continuous improvement of their own skills at the same time, she is also actively involved in the technical challenges. Under her leadership, the team has compiled seven operation process specification, successfully completed a number of cold areas in the northeast for the first time to carry out the operation project, to fill a number of gaps in the region of the power-carrying operation technology.

　　On 22 April 2020, Li Songqi and her team carried out the first 0.4 kV power-carrying operation. With the successful conclusion of the power-carrying maintenance work of No.15 station of 10kV Xianghe A line in Yingkou City, they successfully completed the 0.4kV load-carrying addition of intelligent distribution terminals and three-phase imbalance devices, which filled the technological gaps in the field of low-voltage power-carrying operation in the State Grid Corporation of China Limited, and opened a brand-new path for the power-carrying operation technology and its application.

　　In 2021, Li Songqi joined the power-carrying operation innovation studio. As the main developer, she led the research and development of a variety of practical tools, such as 0.4 kV bypass switch, bypass cable insulation hanging board, 0.4 kV bypass monitoring integrated device, and successfully overcame 17 technical problems in power-carrying operation, and owns 4 patents. She also innovated and applied the bypass operation method, organised and implemented the first domestic operation of installing intelligent distribution terminal and three-phase imbalance device without perception, which made the operation without perception closer to life, and contributed to the optimisation and upgrading of electric power service.

　　Talking about these innovations, Li Songqi’s face is filled with a sense of achievement. She told the reporter that every time she operates, she will think about how to improve quality and efficiency, and these innovative points, all from the accumulation and thinking in daily practice. Yingkou Power Supply Company band operation centre secretary Duan Feng revealed that with the rapid development of intelligent and digital technology, the company has a plan to set up women’s intelligent band operation class, I believe that in Li Songjing and other talented people under the drive, the field of band operation will emerge more “band Mulan”.
