中新网辽宁新闻5月26日电(记者赵桂华实习生魏诗音)近日，2025“博士沈阳行”活动在位于中德园的全球工业互联网大会会议中心盛大启幕。活动汇聚了东北三省620家优质单位，发布博士岗位9223个，吸引了海内外8000余名博士报名。作为东北振兴的核心承载区，铁西区积极响应，组织区内36家重点院校、科研院所及头部企业，精准释放325个岗位需求，彰显招才引智诚意的同时，更体现了铁西区以人才引领创新、以创新驱动发展的坚定决心。

　　靶向发力 打造精准引才“强磁场”

　　近年来，铁西区紧紧围绕高端装备、生物制药等六大重点产业集群需求，依托“博士沈阳行”“铁西高校行”等特色活动，精准对接专业契合的博士人才，将他们输送到经济建设急需的“吃劲”岗位，啃下一个个“硬骨头”，助力产业转型发展。“十四五”以来，累计引育高层次人才1671名，2023-2024年两届“博士沈阳行”更是引进115名博士人才，为区域发展提供了强有力的智力支持。

　　雄厚的产业实力，是铁西区吸引人才的“金字招牌”。区内拥有沈鼓集团、特变沈变、三一重装等3300余家先进制造业企业，宝马、采埃孚等84家世界500强直接投资企业，本特勒、慕贝尔等673家外资企业，443家规上工业企业，六大重点产业集群蓬勃发展。汽车及零部件产业集群规模突破1200亿元，高端装备制造产业集群年均增长19.9%，生物医药产业集聚三生、德生、东药、博泰生物等一批行业领军企业。同时，24个国家级科创平台(数量居全市首位)、3个省级中试基地平台以及256个省、市级创新平台，为人才提供了广阔的施展才华的空间。
