  走进沈阳新松虚拟现实产业技术研究院有限公司一楼,施工现场机械的嗡鸣与技术人员专注调试设备的身影交织,一座承载着未来工业想象的元宇宙实验室正拔节生长。

  “这不是冰冷的代码堆砌,而是一个能呼吸的数字平行世界。”沈阳新松虚拟现实产业技术研究院有限公司董事长兼总裁范存艳眼中闪烁着光芒,“建成后,你会感觉自己像穿越时空的工程师,任何工业场景都能在眼前‘活’起来。”

  2025年中央经济工作会议着重强调以科技创新引领新质生产力发展,建设现代化产业体系,给范存艳和团队注入了一剂“强心针”。“国家大力倡导数字化转型,这不仅是时代发展的必然趋势,更为企业开辟了广阔的成长空间。”范存艳说。

  为工业数字化转型提供技术基础

  2019年,当元宇宙概念还在科幻作品中徘徊时,范存艳已敏锐捕捉到这一技术背后的无限可能。

  “传统制造业里,师傅的‘手感’和‘经验’就像‘黑匣子’,这种依赖个人能力的模式,很可能成为企业发展的瓶颈。”在范存艳看来,解决企业痛点就是推动产业变革的“金钥匙”。

  但范存艳的创业之路并非一帆风顺。“当时很多人连‘数字化’三个字都觉得陌生,直到国家吹响数字化转型的号角。”谈及创业初期的困难,范存艳百感交集,“国家政策的大力支持让我们找到了方向。”

  范存艳带领团队搭建起创新平台,让人才、技术进行汇聚,一个涵盖硬件研发、软件开发、内容创作的数字创新生态蓬勃生长,不仅成为推动上下游产业链协同发展的“数字引擎”,更为工业数字化转型提供了坚实的技术基础。

  在数字化技术应用展厅,范存艳介绍了团队开发的汽车涂胶VR培训系统。通过模拟真实涂胶时胶体的黏稠触感、喷枪的震动反馈,员工无需置身危险的生产线,就能在VR培训系统中,获得与实操无异的培训体验。“效率提升80%,成本降低80%,这不仅是数字技术的进步,更是标准化生产的革新!”范存艳自豪地说。

  以新技术推动产业变革

  如今,范存艳的团队正在攻关大型数字孪生系统,数字化改造将物理系统的每个部件、每道工序都精准复刻到虚拟空间,犹如给工业设备装上“数字分身”。操作人员只需轻点屏幕,就能远程完成设备调试、故障预判。

  “想象一下,电力系统中那些高悬的高压线塔、狭小的地下管道,工程师们坐在办公室就能‘实地’检修。”她描述着技术突破带来的变革。“大型的水电站建造耗资巨大,通过数字孪生不仅可以实时检修,还能进行故障预警。”谈到数字化技术的应用场景,范存艳如数家珍。

  在产教融合方面,范存艳同样是敢为人先的“领航者”。她以“AI+机器人”技术赋能教育领域,搭建的高校实训平台,覆盖工业机器人、智能制造、人工智能、AR/VR等领域,并在全国与300多所高校合作共建,联合研发成果转化和产学研合作,为产业发展源源不断输送复合型人才。

  “教育要面向未来,我们培养的不仅是技术能手,更是能驾驭数字时代的创新者。”范存艳充满信心地说,“希望通过我们在教学上多学科的集成创新,推动智能制造产业升级,打造智能制造创新生态。”

  如今,新松虚拟现实产业已成长为行业标杆,沿着工业互联网、智能制造的航道破浪前行,为沈阳乃至全国的工业升级绘制着独特的数字地图。

  从一名女企业家到辽宁省科技创业领军人才、沈阳市女科技工作者协会会长,范存艳的创新之路硕果累累。

  “时代赋予我们机遇,我们定不负时代。”面对前进路上可能出现的困难,范存艳从不畏惧。她坚信,只要紧跟国家政策,依托团队的智慧和努力,就没有克服不了的难题,“我们将继续在新质生产力的赛道上奋勇争先,为经济发展贡献力量。”

  “This is not a cold code stack, but a digital parallel world that can breathe.” Fan Cunyan, chairman and president of Shenyang Xinsong Virtual Reality Industry Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd, has a gleam in his eye, “After it is completed, you will feel like an engineer travelling through time and space, and any industrial scene can be ‘alive’ in front of your eyes.”

  The 2025 Economic Work Conference highlighted the new quality of productivity led by scientific and technological innovation, the construction of a modern industrial system, to Fan Cunyan and the team injected a “shot in the arm”. “The state strongly advocates digital transformation, which is not only the inevitable trend of the times, but also opens up a broad space for enterprises to grow.” Fan Cunyan said.

  Provide a technological foundation for industrial digital transformation

  In 2019, when the concept of meta-universe is still lingering in science fiction works, Fan Cunyan has keenly captured the infinite possibilities behind this technology.

  ”In the manufacturing industry, the master’s ‘touch’ and ” are like ‘black boxes’, and this reliance on individual competence is likely to become a bottleneck for enterprises. ” In Fan Cunyan’s view, to solve the pain points of enterprises is to promote industrial change “golden key”.

  But Fan Cunyan’s entrepreneurial road is not all smooth sailing. “At that time, many people even ‘digital’ three words are strange, until the country sounded the trumpet of digital transformation.” Talking about the difficulties at the beginning of the venture, Fan Cunyan has mixed feelings, “The strong support of the national policy allows us to find the direction.”

  In the digital technology application exhibition hall, Fan Cunyan introduced the team’s automotive gluing VR training system. By simulating the viscous touch of the gel and the vibration feedback of the spray gun during real gluing, employees do not need to be in the dangerous production line, and can have the same training experience in the VR training system as in the real operation. “80% efficiency improvement, 80% cost, this is not only the progress of digital technology, but also the innovation of standardised production!” Fan Cunyan proudly said.

  Promote industrial change with new technology

  Today, Fan Cunyan’s team is tackling large-scale digital twin system, digital transformation of the physical system of each component, each process is accurately reproduced to the virtual space, as if to the industrial equipment loaded with “digital”. Operators only need to tap the screen, you can remotely complete the equipment debugging, fault prediction.

  ”Imagine the power system, those high voltage towers, narrow underground pipelines, engineers sitting in the office can be ‘field’ overhaul.” She describes the changes brought about by technological breakthroughs. “Large hydroelectric power stations cost a lot of money to build, and with digital twins not only can they be overhauled in real time, but they can also provide early warnings of failures.” When it comes to the application scenarios of digital technology, Fan Cunyan counts her blessings.

  In the integration of industry and education, Fan Cunyan is also a pioneer “navigator”. She “AI + robotics” technology to empower the field of education, build the university training platform, covering industrial robotics, intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence, AR / VR and other fields, and in the country with more than 300 colleges and universities co-operation, joint R & D results of the transformation and cooperation between the University and the industry, for the industry to deliver a steady stream of composite talents.

  ”Education should be orientated to the future, and what we cultivate is not only technically competent, but also innovators who can master the digital era.” Fan Cunyan said with confidence, “I hope that through our integrated multidisciplinary innovation in teaching, we can promote the upgrading of the intelligent manufacturing industry and create an intelligent manufacturing innovation ecology.”

  Nowadays, Xinsong virtual reality industry has grown into an industry benchmark, breaking waves along the course of industrial Internet and intelligent manufacturing, and drawing a unique digital map for industrial upgrading in Shenyang and even the whole country.

  From a female entrepreneur to a leading talent in science and technology entrepreneurship in Liaoning Province and the president of Shenyang City Women Science and Technology Workers Association, Fan Cunyan’s road of innovation is fruitful.

  ”The times give us opportunities, we will live up to the times.” In the face of the difficulties that may arise on the way forward, Fan Cunyan has never been afraid.
